Washington Ali has indeed taken life by the horns, from going through a 2-year bout of anxiety and paranoia that led to a 5-year journey of investing in property, co-founding a tech company, and becoming a Master Practitioner of NLP, Exstitential Coaching, Positive Psychology Diploma and CBT.

Washington now strives to guide people from that anxiety-causing cloud of uncertainty, to experience what it means to ‘Become Alive’ by helping people become Confident, Braver & Happier.

Whether you are looking for additional guidance in your life or you experience anger, anxiety, trauma, lack of confidence or stress; we believe in your ability to pause, reflect, and tune into yourself, allowing you to recenter, reframe, and take on your challenges with greater vitality and sense of fulfilment. 

Every 3rd Tuesday of the month, you are invited to join Washington for deep coaching sessions once a month for 2 hours to work on any area of your life you feel need changing or exploring.
